– Completed primary, intermediate, and secondary education in the schools of Kuwait.
– Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University.
– Chaired the Islamic Association of Palestinian Students at Kuwait University for two terms (1983–1985).
– Relocated to London, United Kingdom, in 1992.
Member of the National Union of Journalists (UK) since 1995, Member of the International Federation of Journalists, Member of the Jordan Engineers Association.
Co-founded the Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) in 1996 and served as its chairman until 2021.
Co-founded the Palestinians in Europe Conference in 2003 and chaired it until 2020.
He holds a Master’s degree in Refugee Studies from the University of East London, UK, obtained in 2004.
Moved to live in the German capital, Berlin, in 2014.
A writer, researcher, and author specializing in the Palestinian cause, particularly the issue of refugees and the right of return.
Co-founded the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad in 2017 and serves as the First Deputy Chairman of the General Authority.
Co-founded the Palestinians in Europe Initiative for National Action in 2020. He is a member of its coordination office and served as the General Coordinator for one administrative term.
Co-founded the European Palestinian Council for Political Relations in 2020 and continues to serve as its chairman.

Palestinian Popular Action in Europe – Achievements, Challenges, and Prospects: The Experiences of the Palestinian Return Centre and the Palestinians in Europe Conference as Models, co-authored with Mr. Maher Hijazi.

– Actively participated in dozens of conferences, seminars, panel discussions, and workshops around the world on matters related to the Palestinian cause.
He co-founded the European Palestinian Council for Political Relations.
